Where can I find mods similar to K.Gorilla's katana weapons (Fire Katana, Lightning Katana, Frost Katana) that has a hilt that can be used as an auxillary equipment? Now, on to my query, can anyone send me to a direction of large hair packs that accomodates the majority of the races (especially orcs) I only know apachi to be so indiscriminate when it comes to treating other races (and genders).

The fact that you asked this here tells me you didn't even look at the official SG hair pack thread before asking as I have posted an updated version of the SG hair pack that works on all the humanoid races.

The one at the Very top is called Timerender it's in the MISC section of the forge but it is cloth for mage players if you wanted to use it on a melee type you'd have to edit it in creation kit.

 

as for that one armor by itself there is a UNPB version of that armor you can get it at the link I gave you as well its marked as Tera Human F R20<---This is female only obviously if you want the male version you will need to download the UNP armor mod.

I doesn't look like that retexture is available anymore I looked through all their armors and even checked Nexus.

yeah it is like 6 female armors that are re-textured and 2 male armors

I'd do both just to be safe one is the Original esp file for the armors the second is his and since I haven't installed this myself yet I'd have to install it and open it in Ck to know exactly what the second esp does.

 

I'm going to test this since this looks like Asian's Tera Mod You should be able to just take the texture files and over write the old ones with the new ones
