Looking for alternative Hi-Res vanilla+DLC clothing textures.

 

So far i have always used this: Improved NPC Clothing - High Res by BaronDavid

 

Now these are 2K size and of very good quality, but i want something different - not necessarily 100% true to the vanilla style, but if possible they should have dirt etc. where the vanilla style has that too.

I noticed how giving these followers the male body replaces I have in theCK causes my game to crash. I noticed how they're given the default male body with the loincloth and came to the conclusion that it is just Female Face Gen information and they made a standalone body to go along with the face.

IE: make a female player character, convert her face information into the CK as a NPCS file.and when doing the armor addon/torso they import the male body. Change the voice into a males and you're done.

 

At least I think that's how they did it.

Where can I find the mod that adds Oblivion style highwaymen?

 

In my first mod setup I had such mod. I remember how awesome it was to climb through the mountains and come down from the mountain only to encounter an Argonian highwayman who was fully voiced and was positioned somewhere behind the windmill in vicinity of Whiterun.

That's pretty clever, thanks for the idea. I really meant that I wanted to make my player character like that but I think I can use that method in combination with a pc specific body mod to accomplish it

Where can I find more SkyUI icons? I only ever found the Celtic one. Oh, I also often times see screenshots and theres a timer or something in the top left corner that looks like it shows the time of day on it, what mod is that?

I have a couple, Aradia Kato set has some good ones, there's a pair in LingLing Bridal clothes also. I'm always on the look for more though but there doesn't seem to be that many around.

'just one more, and then I'll stop and play' ), I'll likely start off with to separate playthroughs, with one of them being a thief character, and I was thinking, a great addition to such a character would be a ninja style outfit, particularly a ninja mask, similar to what is pictured here: http://choomnivoro.d...begin-419135727and here: http://media-curse.c..._succubus_2.jpg

 

Does anyone know/use a good mod to put these masks in? It'd be really cool to have them worn by some female NPCs that fit the theme, as well as have them wearable by the player.

I only know of one other set: Psychosteves Set. And the clock widget could be of A Matter Of Time

For the player, there is the Black Sacrament Armor Set that includes this kind of masks. But I don't know, if there's a way to implement this for specific NPCs. Maybe EBD could be, what you're looking for, but this only applies randomly custom resources to NPCs, I don't even know, if it spreads custom armors.
