Tool to extract sim and their CC?

I am looking for a tool that can extract or identify my sim and all of the CC that they have currently equipped. Is there such a thing?

Sims 4 Tray Importer, S4TI for short. I don't remember where to get it, but it should be easy to find with google. It will identify the tray files needed and all the CC used, and you can even make a zip file of all of it with a few clicks.
