Kinkyworld Fidelity Tuning?

It's my impression that Kinkyworld lets you choose level of autonomy and privacy enforcement, and has moodlets and traits etc. related to cheating and partner couplings, but doesn't really have levels of relationship loyalty--Sims seem pretty indiscriminate about who they want to bone even if they're partnered. Is there a setting I'm missing that makes Sims decide whether or not they want to pursue/accept or avoid cheating and such, or is it purely attraction driven and pretty much guaranteed everyone's gonna be wanting to bone anyone they're attracted to when they're horny, even if they have traits more in alignment with being loyal partners?

Yeah, OnikiKay never made a mod called 'RealityWorld' so we have to do the best with what is there.

 

I have begun using more specific traits to try and control the Sims libido with limited luck - still better than 'default'.

 

Un-Flirty will help keep those starting relationships from advancing too quickly - forcing friendly interactions to be more effective.

 

I have some success with the privacy settings - and be sure to try anything in ANY menu which instructs a Sim to avoid Woohoo when a specific type environment is encountered - like the 'Skinny Dipping with children around' type settings.

 

WoohooLess for Sims I don't want to engage - like the MAILMAN whom I change to Loner/Shy/UnFlirty/Woohooless/etc.   <---- I still get the notification, but it pretty much leaves the household alone and generally leaves quicker on it's own.

 

Yes - the attraction value will determine if certain kinky interactions can be performed. Adding the Celebrity status will deny non-celebrities from being able to interact as much (used a mod to make gaining celebrity points harder as well).

 

There's nothing written in stone like the settings you mention although they would be very welcome - including stopping creation of boy/girlfriend every time a teen woohoos with a young adult or older. ( I just ask to be friends and move on ).

 

 

 

Hopefully others have ideas and settings they find effective in stopping Sims from being Kinky while using a mod called KinkyWorld . . . . .

I have found that sims with the Family Oriented trait seem to be less likely to cheat. If two sims have a LTR of best friends, they will likely woohoo no matter what their traits if one of them asks and if they are both aroused, but that trait definitely makes the sim being asked less likely to accept. E.g., with two sims that are both single and have a LTR of good friends, the second sim is far more likely to agree to woohoo than asking a family oriented sim that is in a relationship and has an LTR of good friends.

 

Also, it seems to me, and this is just anecdotal, that if the two sims have woohooed in the past, they are more likely to agree to it again. So, if a family oriented sim is in a relationship, and another sim is trying to woohoo with them, it will take a lot of effort and persuasion the first time. The next time, they might just agree after just a bit of flirting.

 

So, obviously, I'm coming at this question from the opposite side of what your goal is ?, where I have tried to get a sim to woohoo with my sim and the other sim was in a relationship. But, I figure, knowledge of how to get them to cheat helps figuring out how to stop them from cheating.

Hi, I looked in the code, I made a summary but I can be wrong.
So you have the regular calculations if a Sim accepts a WooHoo requests
and on top of that the difficulty of cheating is also checked to make it more difficult for sim in relations to cheat

Here is what I found, let me know if I am wrong/mistaken with my intepretation, also I think if you set the Notification level to Debug in kinky world then attempt some WooHOo request you get more info on why a sim accepts or refuses

As I said the difficulty for cheating is  combined with the regular  calculations

I did not had the time or ability to check in depth, is hard since some values are just ID numbers and I can't detrmien the values,
But for the WooHoo acceptance in GENERAL code like the below is sued

So my conclusion, if you want a Sim to not cheat  you need to
- make sure that traits like Woohooer or Slut not set
- make sure they don't have a cheater reward, if they cheated in the past I think there is a hidden conter that keeps count  even if they cheated with a different onr a different Sim

- make sure there is no bar or drugs that the Sim can use

- the sim must have WooHoo with their partner before 3-4 days 

- make sure they are not Horny, Kinky books or TV channels can increase this so remove those books, remove TV or make them technophobe,
or have them take a cold shower  or masturbate

- make sure your sim is not submissive(if this option is enabled so you can use the Order To interactions) , you can give them Commanding Presence Trait to avoid the Sim getting ordered  into Woohoo

- not sure if Others sims can Blackmail your sim, 

 

From me playing(not from reading code) I noticed that a danger for a sim cheating is the Grop interaction, for some reason is more easy for a Sim to accept Woohoo after getting cropped.

As for corruption, I always thought it was just from being in the Kinky World to begin with, at least on older builds. I remember seeing it with some sort of debug logging turned on, related to accepting things like public woohoo, but it is possible that it was drugs. I just assumed that every time a sim does any sort of kinky act, even things like exhibition, it increased the corruption a little bit.

I have only seen dialogue when editing the stbl, but to the second in your response, I believe it is another of the KW hidden skills, or something along that line. I am sure others know exactly, but I think it has to do with Sim having certain traits, and engaging in certain activities that KW deems as corrupt. Do not know if there is a "reward" for increasing the skill or no.

For blackmail you  need to use your phone, say if there are 2 sims having woohoo and one of them or both are cheating you can make a photo with your phone, it will have the message "Cheating WooHoo".  Next step is no a bit confusing and there is a chance I am not remembering exactly the names aof the actions, but from the Phone you go to Social Network and then Send Picture (or SEnd Photo there are 2 actions that sound similar but are different). You will get a popup to select a Sim and a popup with the images in your Phone. There should also be a Message for you to confirm you want to blackmail that Sim.

After you blackmail them I think the Order To interactions will always work , they will obey.
One issue I had though is when both sims were cheating I had the option to only blackmail one of them (not the one I wanted).
is a fun feature (probably you need to have on the Domination/Submission option) I am not sure if you need any expansion pack, but  you can try it and maybe Google more information.

 

From the code I spotted that you could blackmail using Kinky selfies, or Public Sex , Sex with Pet and I think Masturbation photos , I did not know just notice it today when looking at the code, so I did not tried that.

 

A similar feature is if you enable the High School feature then as a student you can Bribe a teacher for grades, and as a teacher you can also ask students for woohoo,  it also works in Career to ask bribe your Boss to get a promotion.

I've had sims bribe bosses and bribe teachers, but the blackmail stuff is new to me. Thanks for the info!
