Clicking on sims wicked tab only shows settings

The Mod seems to reworking fine when I click on objects I can still get the "sex" and "NPC Sex" option, but when I click on a sim specifically it only shows settings, personalization, naturalism etc.

That's the way it's always been.

 

But if you mean when you click on another Sim...

Select Romance > 'Make a Move'.

 

If you don't see that menu it means they aren't available, for whatever other conditions might be preventing it as there are several.
