First, I'm not here to promote anything ?

 

So I recently started a YouTube channel about modding in games especially for Fallout 4. My channel is pretty old but I only decided to make video about modding for a couple of months. So far I've just a few subscribers.

 

I don't want to get famous or get thousand and thousand subscribers but just sharing my hobby as modding games. Also I checked other channels with the same topic and they seem successfully.

Usually my videos are showcasing few mods on a 4-5 minutes length. I don't speak just showing. I try to put a video one time a week.

 

As the title said,   I just would like some advices if some people are YT experts, to grow-up my channel ?

2. create a DIFFERENT content (all in all be different)

people are tired of seeing that content creators follow the same rule that is creating the SAME content as other youtubers

in other words, when you are DIFFERENT, your content is also DIFFERENT thus people will gradually follow you

3.Thumbnail and writing a title

Tiles must be...

be short

appeals to humans

avoid repetition

marry thumbnails

create intrigue

If You want to make Adult content on YouTube You need to confirm that You are 18+ 

 If You don't do that then YT will insta ban You as soon as they notice any adult video...

 

Only ppl who have confirmed age can upload 18+ content...

 and even if u have confirmed age You still can't upload too hardcore stuff...

 

 

1) Get Keywords Everywhere and Keywords Surfer plugin

 Keywords Everywhere Chrome Plugin will show You YT Score for Your video

 You can also see other ppl TAGs and see their ratign 

 

Keywords Everywhere have also premium options but free version will be enough to analyze if ur tags and description is OK

 

It will take You some time to understand this plugin probably... but its very good tool for YT... ( and also Google but don't waste time on Google Search for YT )

 

 

2) Use YouTube Studio Analyse 

 in YouTube Studio on Your ACC You can see HOW ppl found Your Videos, what they were searching...

 Just keep using Tags ppl get to Your Channel and stop using Tags that don't work

 

3) Use YouTube Studio Search Wages 

 if You type for example "Dream" You will see what other similar searches uses use most from most to least used

 You ofc. want to use in tags and description only words that are MOST searched...

 

4) Depends on type of Video You can't make Your video too long or too short

 so for example gameplay Video should be in range of 16 and 26 minutes, longer Video will lose score and bot will start ignoring it 

 because time = money YT Bot is taking Video length really serious

 

5) Description and links are actualy more important than Tags 

 Thanks to all fucking morons who started to post like 19825019825091850918501982501985 tags like 5/10 years ago...

 Your description should copy / paste title somewhere 

 

so for example if Your title says "Super Amazing Mods" You should have this fraze somewhere in Your Video Description

 to get bonus bot score for Title Matching

 

 

 

There are also other Scores that YT Bot is using

 and many other things You could do to promote it...

 

For example there is Topic Score, if You keep uploading Video again and again from same topic You getting Topic Score

 Topic Score is actualy very strong, thats why every time You for example search for "Skyrim Mods" You get same YouTubers

 

not because they are so amazing... because their Topic Score is like 15810285012985 times higher than new YTbers

There are also some unfair Scores like for example YT Constant Score - You can get that from YT or lose for bad behavior
