This mod allows you to rotate the camera while holding down the middle mouse button.

360 Movement Behavior is very lightweight and does exactly and only what you want. You always face away from the camera when weapons are drawn and always attack facing forward.

 

True Directional Movement is more complex as it makes Skyrim into a traditional hack and slash in a way that you can attack in any direction which makes the lock on feature highly recommended. That feature has prerequisite for it to be useable so read the mod page thoroughly.

You could also use a simple animation replacement, like the anims in the FNIS "360 Pack for Female Characters", but using them via DAR, to allow them to be used only by the player and not NPCs.

For some ppl it may be better, as it doesn't come with the "headache" of confused perspective when controlling a trully 360 movement.

 

But that requires a tiny bit of work on your side, to rename those animation files according to DAR requirements, put them in a folder, add conditions file, make your own custom "mod package" (you could of course also use the FNIS Alternate Animations system for this, but i'd say DAR is much much better solution for this particular thing, without any scripts required).
