[SE] Does anyone know which mod this notification comes from?

Would anyone happen to know which mod the following notification comes from? It appears in the upper left corner:

 

"I really need to see a doctor"

 

I don't think it's Wounds or Private Needs Redone SE since I've looked through their xEdit records and .psc files, and there's no mention of doctor...

I think it's from one of the Fertility Mode add ons
