> All right, here is the problem. Our acquaintance doesn't like Lod's task, to find the dog and follow it to the cave with vampires and so on and so on. When he entered into Falkreath, he asked my Prince what to do and my Prince told him to use the console and find the quest ID and so on and so on. So, inputting everything correctly. he got info that "The Dedra's best friend" quest is accomplished. Then he approached to Lod to trade with him. Lod asked him about the dog and the quest kind restarted. When he went outside the Falkreath, the dog wasn't in the place where it usually is. Now, he has a problem: The final quest is listed as done and quest "Find the dog outside of Falkreath" is listed as active. My Prince gave him several possible solutions using the console, but none worked. Even resetting the quest didn't work. Anyone have any idea?

You should be able to "fix" the current issue by simply using the console commands. To make sure it doesn't get "stuck" anywhere else, use

sqs DA03

to get a list of the stages in the quest that are complete. You should get a series of numbers (5, 10, 20, etc.) on the left side followed by a 0 or a 1. One indicates that the stage is complete, zero means that it is not. Now, look at the list you have. If I'm reading this correctly. your first uncompleted stage should be 10. So, now use

player.setstage DA03 10

You should get a notification that you've found Barbas outside Falkreath. You can now repeat that with every other remaining stage until they all read 1. You should get a notification every time that you do that that you have completed a stage.

Good luck!

BTW, when using sqs the list is often long. Use the PgUp and PgDn buttons to scroll through a list when all the stages don't show on your console.
