Skyrim Stutter Issues every 1 minute

Hello I need to ask someone's help. Can you guys help me with stuttering issues, I have stutters almost every minutes don't know what caused it. Here is my plugin and modlist.

Also my audio also crackling when playing skyrim do you guys know what caused it?

Stuttering can mean alot of things. If you are meaning major fps drop when turning your camera outside...

 

Try these settings in your skyrimprefs.ini ... you may see some objects popping in and out of lod more with these settings but the performance should be better.

your hardware is pretty dated at this point but we should be able to at least reduce the stutters.

 

 

As far as crackling audio that usually has to do with too much power going into your headphones or a bad wire. If the crackling is only during skyrim then specific sound files are just bad. It looks like you already use audio replacers. I get crackling too in skyrim with AOS but its usually only when im using a door and with one specific dwemer ruins sound.

Inboard sound can often be quite noisy. I ran Skyrim at first using my inboard "soundcard" and it was very noisy. Thankfully, my real sound card arrived a week later and once I got it installed, the game never suffered from those oddities again.

 

As for performance, you're kinda tight on video memory and are using an inboard graphics card, which *might be contributing to your stutter issues.
