Help me remove an unwanted piercing? :)

So something related to Whicked Whims or one of the multiple animation packs sneaked some accessories into my mods I didn't ask for, and one is an annoying clit piercing that somehow started to show up on my naked vampire - and I'm looking and looking in all categories and just can't find it or a way to remove it! As far as I can tell there's no "downstairs" piercings in all my CAS categories, only some nipple piercings I happily ignored. I guess MCCC or something must've applied that thing to my naked sim, but I'm apparently too stupid to find and remove that thing, whether in CAS or WW's underwear settings. Lil help plz? Or maybe you know you have one in some CAS category where I can look again?

I don't remember for sure since I haven't played S4 in a while, but isn't that part of Nisa's Wicked Perversions?

If you are using Nisa's Wicked Perversions you can disable all of those accessories and rewards in it's settings.
