My follower change her height

hi, I am writing to ask a suggestions for a strange situation.
I started playing Skyrim again after years, I still have the Classic version and I hadn't put in many mods. for some strange reason yesterday, I don't know why,it decided that I could no longer get out of closed places or it would crash. so i uninstalled the game and installed it all over again. putting back exactly the same mods. when i started i saw that, my follower's height has changed. I downloaded a pre-set Daenerys from The Nexus. She should be a north but custom. now she has always been shorter than a north one, but, now she became twlele lke any north woman. if I put her as she was originally, with the setscale command of the console, after any type of animation of sex lab (I have version 1.62), she loose the height setting and return, Again, like a normal north. (honestly it never happen, with sex lab, that my scale change during animation) and, after the animation, she remains at the height of the north female base and loses her setting again. now it's not a real problem (I could put her back with setscale command( but I would like to figure it out because it doesn't make sense. I'm afraid I did something by copying skeleton meshes. but at this point I don't know what I could have done. Has such a thing ever happened? and have you solved it?
Thank you
I hope to be in the right section. I don't know if this is a technical or a mod problem. Really thanks to all in any case

The NPC's height would be set in the .esp so you could edit this directly with xEdit (or, if you're feeling masochistic, Creation Kit) but the rescaling with Sexlab is a feature that can be turned off in MCM, under the Animation settings, Even Actors Height, unticking this should stop rescaling. There is the "Potential Startup CTD Fix" as well that has some affect on scaling, not sure what, I've turned this off too, for as long as I can remember

in the meantime, thank you for your answer. here's another problem, and I don't really understand this, is that, with my creation kit, I can't open any esp that wasn't made by me. it gives me mistakes after mistakes and then crashes. I keep thinking I have to do something but I don't remember what. for the question of the sex lab, in fact, I discovered today that there was that option and, so, in fact, the height is not changed.
certainly remains the mystery of how she managed to change by herself ?. anyway, I'd also like to open her esp. I want to see how the Author made her, because, always a few years ago, I had been commander Lexa, of the100, with the Race menu as a companion, and I created the esp and all. but now I can't anymore. the face in the Creation kit is correct, in the game it is not. Even this is what I do not understand. I searched online but I found everything cumbersome but I don't remember having done so much.

Did you disable "even actors height" in Sexlab?

I've found today this option!

it's really frustrating
when I last played it, about 5 years ago, I didn't have all these problems
