Most of the time an acronym like this is either short of the mod name or short of the author.

Do you have a mod where PHX would make sense as shortcut?

What mods do you have that alter/add player homes or manage followers (as their home can be managed, too) and where phx could be the shorthand of the author?

I had to make an account literally just for this thread because I am getting the EXACT same papyrus script. It's actually incredible. I've never posted in a forum for a skyrim issue, and I can't currently open Vortex because it will instantly corrupt my game so i have pictures of my modlist,

Fairly certain when a missing pex file shows up like that, it's something you uninstalled. It's baked into the save but no longer exists as a file. Should be easy to figure out, no?

If that is not true, then I'd start by searching for "phx_homemanagerscript" in all *.psc files in all mods. Notepad++ can do this easily.

Edit: Also, not sure, but these errors may also show up from things like mgefs and quests not finding their scripts. If that's the case then it's going to be an esp/esm issue. You can use notepad++ for this as well, use "*.es*" as the filter and search for "phx_homemanagerscript" in all your mods. Once you find something, open the mod(s) in xEdit for a closer inspection.

Thank you traison! What I ended up doing yesterday after posting is I used TES5Edit to clean some stuff up, and then I used loot to see if there was anything unusual, and the Man those Borders mod was missing a few navmeshes, so I disabled the mod and it started up just fine.

The HearthfireMultikid Pnp patch had a dependency which wasn't present so I disabled that as well, since honestly its been a while and I have no idea what that even does. I just had to post since maybe the Author could compare modlists or something like that just in case, or if anyone else has the issue.
