Can't find a mod changing/adding a generic dialogue on my build.

There is a mod changing some dialogues on my build but I can't find it, I checked every dialogue overwritte on Skyrim.esm but I didn't find anything. I also tried to use lilmacelib scripts and found nothing. The dialogues triggering are basically when I start to talk to an NPC, doesnt matter if its male or female "Hello my dear" and when I finish to talk it's "Don't forget, I'm your new girlfriend now. I'm so into you".

I uninstalled SLEN thinking it was that but it didnt work. Also I dont have RDO. Anyone know from what mod is this or how to find specific dialogues faster than manually checking every plugin ?
