Zaselim Posted July 5, 2013 Posted July 5, 2013 I’ve been using poses mod for quite some time now All of them are part of the greatest mods for skyrim.I am having a issue for couple of months now, with the sitting, kneeling and laying poses. When i select any of these poses my character moves into it but a little up from the surface. Before it was working fine, when ever i used the poses my character’s body touched the ground with the pose but now it ins’t, a little up.Can some plz tell how can i solve this problem? I haven't replaced my skeletons.
Zaselim Posted July 5, 2013 Author Posted July 5, 2013 Which skeleton are you using? I believe TBBP https://mega.co.nz/#!8l9EkAyY!LoECdyjImMY6PFO29xXoIy4lFQ0PnCIAVqREdfzsJTU
Ark of Truth Posted July 5, 2013 Posted July 5, 2013 Normally floating of the ground is a skeleton issue. Are you using FNIS or any of the SexLab mods?
« Broken ‡ Mirror » Posted July 5, 2013 Posted July 5, 2013 Or you can use getpos/setpos on the console to move the actor closer/further away from the object? I know not many people use this since it takes up too much time, but yea.
Zaselim Posted July 5, 2013 Author Posted July 5, 2013 Normally floating of the ground is a skeleton issue. Are you using FNIS or any of the SexLab mods? Yes I am using both, I installed sexlab like a week ago and using fnis for a quit long time. With sexlab animation the positioning is correct (on the surface). Ero poses are also working fine i think, i will check Ero Idle poses again to confirm. I believe i am only having this issue with Halo's Pinup poser (others and others2) and EX poses 1 to 3 (the sitting and laying poses)

Can you tell me the complete syntax GetPos <axis> - Returns the position value of given axis (x,y,z) of the target SetPos <axis> <#> - Sets the position value of given axis (x,y,z) of the target. GetAngle <axis> - Returns the value of given rotational axis (x,y,z) of the target. SetAngle <axis> <#> - Sets the value of given rotational axis (x,y,z) of the target (the change happens when the targeted object is picked up). http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Console_Commands_%28Skyrim%29#Targeted_commands
WaxenFigure Posted July 5, 2013 Posted July 5, 2013 You didn't add the high heels adjustment mod did you?
Zaselim Posted July 5, 2013 Author Posted July 5, 2013 You didn't add the high heels adjustment mod did you? no, and issue is not with the standing poses but only with sit, kneel, landing poses
WaxenFigure Posted July 5, 2013 Posted July 5, 2013 You didn't add the high heels adjustment mod did you?no, and issue is not with the standing poses but only with sit, kneel, landing poses But those "not standing" poses are exactly the poses that a "height" adjustment for heels would break. Sorry for continuing this if you're sure but are you really sure one didn't get slipped in with some other mod you've installed?

No sir i am sure, i havent installed the HDT mod or any king of mod for heels. But to be on the safe side can you tell me what kind of mod do i have to look for in my data folder so i can be more sure... I think the poses were working fine one and half or 2 weeks ago..In that time the mods i installed were "body change, Ero Idle Spells, Sexlab, Matchmaking, Romance" and Today I installed 4 location mods from halo for screen shots.

"Body Change" mod may have installed a new skeleton on you which is the other way this might have been triggered. Ero Idle would not have caused it (but they are fun ) and the SexLab and related mods should also be ok.
Zaselim Posted July 6, 2013 Author Posted July 6, 2013 HMm i will check it by un selecting the body change mod. And i think skeletons weren't changed because when i installed body change there was no file appeared for overwrite.
Zaselim Posted July 6, 2013 Author Posted July 6, 2013 ok, I installed the latest XPMS 1.8 Sekeltons (the default ones) and it solved the pose, one more thing i noticed that my female character's height or scale was bigger than npc females, i had to set npcs' scale to 1.12 to match my character's height now my character is back on default height like the rest of the females in skyrim but one more thing happened now my character looks slimmer than before and breasts are looking bigger than before. lolzzz I will post the comparison pics when i will get home.
WaxenFigure Posted July 6, 2013 Posted July 6, 2013 A different skeleton with slightly different proportions will change the body like that. Glad to know you've finally got a handle on the the root of the problem though. A little more experimentation and you should be able to get your characters looking right as well as working right.

Yeah i will try the TBBP from Dragonfly skeletons and see what happens. One question though, The height slider in race menu, does it increase only one axis(z)(assuming z-axis uses for the length) or all three of them (x,y,z) ? I mean will it increase only the length or all 3 proportions?
Zaselim Posted July 6, 2013 Author Posted July 6, 2013 Thanks for the help guys, the change is very little and i can work with that, But i will really appreciate if you point me to some other TBBP compatible skeletons..
