OsmelMC's post is also in the same ballpark as my earlier speculation about race conditions. If the waits between the idle animations are what determine whether its going to work or not then it's still a race condition. Thus the "reliable solution" you're looking for would have to be one specifically made for your computer and your current mod setup (or a similar setup depending on how much wiggle room there is here). Was either to change, you'd potentially have to adjust the delays again. Â I suppose another way to read OsmelMC's post is that it could suggest earlier versions of SL was doing this wrong and that it has been fixed since. So perhaps if you're on something other than the latest SL version, consider inspecting the sslActorAlias.SendDefaultAnimEvent function for changes. I will add this to my own todo list now as well as its a posibilty considering I'm on 163 BETA 9. Â Edit: Had a look at the SendDefaultAnimEvent function and there are differences between 163 BETA 9 and 166b. May be worth implementing those if you're on an older version of SL like me. It seems to be mostly wait commands though so I still suspect the race condition is there, but perhaps this will alleviate it. Edited June 14, 2024 by traison
Cidx Posted November 14, 2024 Posted November 14, 2024 i had an issue with my riekling animations not starting at all so i removed my rieklings followers to see if it would fix it and it did. i dont know if this would fix your bug but it might help to try. 1
