AAF fix help

Don't know if this should be posted here or somewhere else, but my AAF admin says "AAF: $NO_POSITION_DATA_FOUND" I have no idea what this means and I haven't been able to figure out why so I was hoping one of you could help

I guess you just installed aaf without any anim pack

It looks like you need this link.  It's a very good link full of excellent and up to date information.  Read it very very carefully.  Take it slow, 1 step at a time.
