evidently the smp you use is NOT for cbbe

which armour or hair style is it?

the problem is not only in armor and hairstyles, if I use the smp version of the body, then it does not have animation, and the hairstyle, for example, from armor 2b , CBPC body physics works and things body and so on with smp physics do not work, although all conditions are met

I gave up the cbbe because of the same problems as you. SMP is more difficult to apply. I don't use Skyrim SE but LE.
If you take my advice, change your body type, from CBBE to UNP (or BHUNP) the smp issues become easier to fix

The SMP is to be applied via NifScope. Let me explain, a body created with CBBE and presets (e.g. Tyrande Nude) does not mean that it works on all CBBEs, it depends on the body used. If you have installed 
If you have installed hdtSkinnedMeshConfigs, the log file hdtSkinnedMeshPhysics.log is created, which you can find in the Skyrim\data\SKSE\plugin path. This file contains ALL SMP errors that do not work, and should be edited to make them compatible. I have NIF files and XML files for SMP on CBBE that were fine but I don't know if they work for Skyrim SE.

thank you very much for your help, I figured out what the problem was, as a result, my bones just broke in the skeleton, I manually reinstalled them and everything started working
