incest option not available

I can't unlock the incest traits for my sims. I redownloaded the inappropriate unlocks and cleared my cache and deleted ghe local thumbs cache. no dice. I even tried it on a new save nothing. Has it been changed in order to add the incest trait. in the past, you just had to go to give wicked atributes and add the trait from the list. Is anyone else having this issue or am I doing something wrong?

It's still in the Wicked > Personalization selection but moved into another sub-menu.
