Sexlab Solutions basically intergrates sex into gameplay. After a certain quest, or after doing a favor, sex could be an additional reward. Sex could also be a method to do certain quests (assassinating, convincing, etc...)

Well, we have the Lovers with PK board with plenty of applicable quest and feature mods therein.  You can embark on a career as a sex-slave trader, enslaving victims and breaking them sexually so they can be sold.  For the ladies, an item can be ... worn... that would make those who assaulted you suffer and die after rape (or an interesting way to assassinate someone by sex).  One may even get pregnant and bear children. 

 

And there are various quest/storyline mods out there, whether it be on the sunny beach of the Isles, having to face and handle an underworld plot to ruin your good name by torturing helpless maidens, or to deal with the secret workings of the forbidden slave-trade in Cyrodiil.

Closest mod that comes is LoversSituations. You can engage in sexual encounters with cheating spouses by blackmailing. There are other lore friendly ways of hooking up too.
