Characters not orgasming during sex scenes

I'm using Sexlab Separate Orgasm and I have a problem, orgasms don't happen even when the bars fill up, both for the PC and the NPC. I disabled orgasm conditions and enabled orgasms effects in sexlab but still no luck. Any help?

Some non-guaranteed but possibly beneficial suggestions

• try changing animation stage.
• if a hot bar (pleasure bar) flashes, it means you should switch stages *NOW!*, and I *think doing so at the right moment means they get the best "bang for the buck" when you do so.
• try changing animation scene/sequence. 
• make sure orgasms are enabled in SL and/or any mods that can affect it
• Make sure orgasms aren't *disabled* by some mod.
• use the SLSO "bonus key" during animation to convert stamina into increased pleasure (if present magicka level allows it)
• make sure that the involved actors actually are aroused. The hot bars are very local and should not be confused with the overall guiding arousal state. If a given participant is idling at 5 arousal, they're not going to be reacting as enthusiastically as they would if their arousal was 90, and so they can effectively stall at 99.9% of the way to an orgasm. potion/elixirs may help if you have such potions/elixirs. SLA can be used to cheat a secondary participant's arousal state if they were targeted *prior to the SL event.

 

Again arousal state isn't the same as pleasure state. if arousal is low, their pleasure will often be tepid

That's not to say they can't get "stuck", hence the suggestions to switch animation sequences or stage (either forward OR backward).
