Strip club employees

I have some issues since buying a strip club:(

My strip club employees left the club couple of times in the middle of work (without any notifications). And another time I checked employees in the navigation, before the opening time, there where none although I hired them the day before ( they were satisfied with the workplace).

And the last one, if I don't travel to the club, it's supposed to open without me? Because mine didn't open without me once.

Club only opens if your sim is on the lot....your sim leaves and the club closes.
