Cant seem to get Improved Camera beta 4 Working (1st Person Mod)

I Just cant seem to get it working, ive installed it normally by using MM2, enabled it, and ran the SKSE.
But when im inside of the game, i cant see any changes or Improved Camera on the MCM

Improved camera has no MCM. And of course verify you're getting a version compatible with the game version you have (for example if you're on SE 1.6+, the available IC betas are not compatible with it).

So Maybe thats why, where can i get the latest version?
the one im currently using is from the reddit Here

Also, my game is on the 1.6.353 SE Edition.

You'll first need to wait for that version to exist.

So thats why i cant use it, its because it hadnt exsisted yet!
