Who is the Father quest

seems like the quest get stuck, when I go speak with the supposed father all I get is "why are you looking at me like this", and then nothing happens

Isnt Nate supposed to be dead? May have something to do with it.

I assumed you are playing one of the Family Planning Enhanced's (Ego's or Mine(Invictusblade))

 

 

I believe the entire quest is broken-ish (I will have to do something about it in an upcoming update)

I figured it out, it was Vanilla Fudge intervening with it's dialogues
