Shadows on player

Hello, was wondering if anyone can help me here, I have icky shadows going on but only on characters?

 

They are fine in the game world : JXSenJF.png (1920×1080) (imgur.com)

 

BUT they look jagged and terrible on the player? : NsFOz74.png (1920×1080) (imgur.com)

 

This is definatly beyond my PC knowledge of a rock...:(

Use BethINI and rise the shadow resolution and/or add more blur

 

warning, this is an example, if have ugly shadows because I don't care atm lol

If you rise the shadow resolution to 2k and more you get already better shadows

blurring will help to reduce pixelation
