Cant Use the install button ingame

yeah so I'm new to modding and well I followed all of the instructions listed on how to properly install the frame work (I think), however when I move onto the step where you have to go into mod config and hit install, it simply just wont let me hit the install button. I'm pretty sure I have everything up to date such as FNIS so I don't think its a problem with other needed mods. every other time I run Skyrim and load a save, it says I'm missing "SexLabUtil.dll" which wasn't listed anywhere (I don't think). ask me if you need screenshots or the debug file to understand, just wondering if anyone has a quick fix for this issue.

FOUND IT! ok so after a bunch of random mixing and matching of mod versions, turns out what you have to do is switch your address library to the AE version and use framework v164 instead of v163. im not sure why this works considering I have the SE version but hey it works.

No you don't. Your game version surely is 1.6+ because you got the game after november 2021 or you still have automatic updates enabled in Steam. Keep your game and installed SKSE versions in mind, all the mods that require a certain game/SKSE version will fail to load/work if you get the wrong version.

You go to the Address Library modpage and get the file that matches your game version.
