Can't go on dates at the strip club

So I´m playing an engaged couple, and I´ve set up a sim in the neighboorhood that owns and manages the strip club and that works, when my sims visit everything is in full swing at the club, but when I´m playing my main couple, I can have them go on a date at the strip club because the lot type is generic. Is there any way around this? Some cheat or mod ot something? I want them to host their bachelor/ette party at the club and cheat with the strippers :P

I've never seen an EA lot type set to Generic by default in any Towns or Worlds so I suspect it was never put on the date location picker list so I believe it has nothing to do with

WW Strip Clubs other than the lot type used for them so that's an EA game problem.

 

Easy enough to prove...

Make another non-Strip Club lot type Generic and see if you can go on a date there.

I'm betting the game won't see it as a valid date location.

I have been trying to find an answer for this issue since my wedding stories came out. I haven't tested it yet, but you can try a mod that allows events at all locations https://modthesims.info/d/569713/party-anywhere.html

Easy enough for you to try it out and test it in game.

Just don't make any new saves until after you see it works with no errors.

Then do a 'Save As' with a new save name, and that will preserve your old save just in case.
