Tall children

> In short: a friend of mine installed the children fights back mod. Since the children often change their hight and return to default height, plus they look funny in the armor adopted to them, he is asking if there is a mod that can fix their height for good. setscale 1.05 or whatever and just keep it up till they're the size you want. They stay that way since I do this to my small horse all the time.

> Thanks. My Prince used command console and he sat their height to 1.0. But they always return to their default height especially when changing the cell. I'll tell him to try your number although he read somewhere that setting permanent children height is impossible.

The mod is prolly setting them back to their original size. Do you have an MCM option to stop it?

To permanently alter their height/scale, I think you need to edit values in the mod .esp and start a new game. I don't have this mod and I edited a child's scale in console, took him to another town, did some shopping and he stayed the same. So I'm not sure what the problem is.

 

Edit; thinking about it and I do recall that Skyrim automatically rescales children/npcs for animations. Perhaps this is the problem?

> I think that is the issue. he is not using any child mod like RCOTS or RS children, but vanilla children. So, since my Prince isn't good in using CK at all, he can't solve this problem. That's why he asked for mod.
