Pond Water Posted March 31, 2022 Posted March 31, 2022 I'm currently trying to apply cbbe physics to a CBBE underwear mod but have been having difficulty as i don't know how to use body slide all that well. This here is the set of clothes im trying to add physics too https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/28496?tab=description I can get it to match the shape of my preset body however in game their breast and butt just jiggle out of them as if they were non solid. Ive tried loading the reference cbbe, cba body into it from inside bodyslide studio but have had no luck. The mod does include a preset that containts both the bra and underwear combined that do work with no issues and include options in the bodyslide. However im trying to get physics on the separated bra and underwear that's included with the mod. Any advice is appreciated, thank you. CBBE.mp4
KoolHndLuke Posted March 31, 2022 Posted March 31, 2022 After you load a reference body with the physics you want, you then need to copy the corresponding physics bone weights. DO NOT just copy all bone weights unless you've got a pretty tight fitting piece to the body or know how to weight paint. Sometimes even after doing everything right, the physics bones still will not be applied to the outfit. In this case you need to save the project "as", give it a different name and click the tab *to project* next to the name and then save. Close out OS and restart it, reload the outfit with the new name, and then go back and apply the bone weights and everything should work fine. Only problem I know of is any alternate textures for that outfit won't work then. If there's a better way to do this, I'm all ears. Yeah, see... I just looked and that's a mod Ousnius did himself, so only one .nif for each piece with texture add ons. So if you copy bone weights and still don't get physics on the outfit, you'll have to do other things to get it. I'm honestly still trying to figure out the best way to do this and not lose any alternate textures.

Hey there, i ended up being able to copy the bone weights and was able to enable the physics on both the top and bottom without the skin popping out and was very pleased with it. Thank you for your help My next goal will be figuring out how to wear both the top and bottom as well as the armor, without having the top and bottom clip through the armor while my character is on the move. However im really happy i could get the physics to work and appreciate and thank you for your advice KoolHndLuke
