Back again, very bizzare broken ui/text with a black background (solved)

I had a mainly stable modlist, no issues, was making progress in the game etc etc, then I stop playing for around a week or two.
Today, when booting Vortex, I get a notification that the SUM plugin is needed for DCL. I had both installed without issue, checked to see that the SUM plugin was indeed gone. I reinstalled it and got another notification that asked about me keeping changes that were made outside of vortex. I didn't change anything outside of Vortex so I reverted all of them.

I do a deploy and start the game only to be met with a black background and some bizzare ui (pic1 attached). I load the game and still get a back background with really bad ui overlap (vid1 attached). I added a papyrus log too even though it doesn't look like it has much info.

Has this ever happened to anyone? I can't seem to find an answer just through google. I haven't changed anything with my mods since the last time I closed the game.
My game has the latest updates, my Windows has the latest updates, idk what's going on. I just want to know if anyone has heard anything about this.

PSS unfortunately not much I can do about the SL error as it's the only AE available one.

UPDATE: After verifying the integrity via Steam and allowing it to fix what it found it works again. Keeping this up in case anyone else runs into this.

Yes, it worked perfectly until I stopped for those 2 weeks...

If it didn't escape me ( with 445 mods, it may be ) you miss SKY HUD  Requirement required

Update: I did the "check integrity" option from Steam and after finding 3 issues and fixing them I can play the game again. I have no idea what happened but likely something from the vanilla game got broken or corrupted. Still, thank you very much for the help!
