Listing the complete set of currently assigned hotkeys?

Forgive me for what is probably a total newb question.

 

Doing some housekeeping. Is there any file or utility that will present or provide a listing of all the currently assigned hotkeys?

MTM in Fallout 4 has that capacity and I was just thinking how nice it would be if Skyrim could have it, too...

I agree. It'd save a bit of time. As is, I have to create a series of MCM (hotkey associated) snaps shots, then transpose all the various hotkey defs to a text file, which ...well I'm not whining, but seems more work than it ought to be.
