No it was not updated. Sims MX left the game back 2013 and any so-called updated version beyond that has been proven to be a fake. All it is was someone just renaming the old outdated package file. The mod is not compatible with patch levels beyond 1.55 and will break the game if installed on 1.63, 1.66, 1.67 and 1.69. Edited March 21, 2022 by namaradus 2

King Federico Posted March 22, 2022 Author Posted March 22, 2022 yes, they haven't updated their mods since that, but it works like a charm i guarantee you this because i've tested this myself along with Passion and Kinky world and had no issues at all, even it's helped me several times to fix my sims 3 with pregnancy. so i thought i would be great to share this mod with you guys. it may come in HANDY one day

It may seem to work fine for awhile but it's been shown time and time again to eventually break the game. Cmar's Pregnancy Controller does around the same thing and works with current patch levels. MrsSanta Posted June 2, 2023 Posted June 2, 2023 This will break the game for sure, use this instead: https://modthesims.info/d/666384/enhanced-hospitals-updated-30-1-23.html It was made by my request as I could'nt use the original mod as it could only use a few of the promised features and only for teen and adults, wish the creator had left the mod so that other modders could have taken it over and added updates, but PuddingFace had to make this form scratch.
