Soap Suds Body Suit?

Has anyone tried to make actual clothing items that look like the model is covered with soap, like from bubble bath or carwash? I've seen some try to do it with the latex and bodysuit options, but that inevitably looks like they are covered in 2D mud. lol  I'm talking about a straight out piece of clothing that looks like bubbles. And some clipping might actually help with the look.

I've tried several times using only textures, but the results were always terrible (lacking depth even using H5 pass files.)

 

No one ever made an "Addon" though. We sorely need one.
