Penis colour mismatch !!!

Are you using a custom skintone or skin overlay with this Sim? The way that the penis stands out as being the only thing colored differently around your Sim's lower body region as well as that little spot on the shoulder look like an issue with a custom overlay to me. I've had this happen a few times in the past, with custom skins that didn't account for the whole range of some CAS sliders (leading to "tearing" like on your Sim's shoulder) or the addition of body parts like a penis for female Sims or breasts for males. The bright spot on the shoulder could also be a texture error, but I've only seen that from skintone tattoos for some older penis models.
