Does anyone know of a good mod that turns Darla from the Valentine quest into either a follower or settler.

I don't think there is one since that character is disabled after the quest. You might be able to get her into the fight with the dialogue option then capture her using something like the enslavement options under Wasteland Dairy Framework or another enslavement mod. Then turn her into a follower through that framework.

I forgot about her being disabled, perhaps the only way is to have a copy of her (there's one on the Nexus that does so with a copy and bat file) or a new follower made from scratch.  Thanks for the reply.

Yes, I saw it and downloaded it.  Went to the mod author's page and found they have several other mods for recruiting NPCs that were not available before.
