[SEARCH] What mods are being used for skin and muscle appearence?

Stumbled across this picture awhile back and haven't been successful in finding them on my own.

Based on your image, might be one of the muscular options from the "leyenda skin." I dunno where the tattoo comes from though.

 

 

I use "Cbbe muscle solution."

 

Its for skyrim special edition so I'm not sure if the mod itself will work on skyrim LE, but I think the texture files can still be backported.

 

Since, muscle definition is a skin texture, and that mod will swap in an increasingly muscular skin texture as the weight of an npc increases ( or you can have it work in reverse, so low weight npcs are athletic and high weight has no muscle.)
