Crash before main menu even appears

I'm well aware of the Delete Ini file, verify game files, check load order, etc etc troubleshooting, i've done all of that 5 times each. The game reaches the screen with all the license info right before the main menu, fades to nearly black for the transition to the main menu, then just never moves forward.

I've used WryeBash, CrashLogger, Pluggy 132, OBSE 21.4, Oblivion Stutter Remover, and 4GB RAM Patcher on Oblivion.exe. I also sorted my modlist first with LOOT, then with BOSS (with Userlist Manager addon)

Well, it IS the load order.  And I recommend you click the yellow link in my signature which will direct you to a thread that includes a recommended 'Mod Order' in which to follow.

 

That being said,  most non-Lovers mods go before the lovers with PK scripts,  except races or animations like walks.  Overhauls are loaded way EARLY in the mod order, though Better Cities patches do go much later... you're almost on point there.  And Setbody goes much later / further down in the mod order, yet before race or animation mods.  I know, that may sound odd since TamagoSetbody is placed earler.

 

LoversRaperS gets loaded before Lovers with PK while both LoversBitch next and then LoversCreatures ... and LoversSoundCreature after that.  And ususally non-LAPF sex mods go after LAPF mods... with the exception of the IDLE ANIMS esps you have at the end of the load order.

 

Item and clothing mods get loaded early in the system unless they are specifically part of Lovers with PK.  So Growlf's Hot Clothes and  Alluring Potion Bottles should be higher up.

 

Within the mod order list I suggest you read, it has notes like (GROUP: Overhauls ) FCOM, Fran's, OOO, MMM, etc, (other Unique Landscapes in order)  or (Items Mods - armor and weapons).  If the mod you have is not on the list, here is where you should place your newer non-LAPF mods that match.
