Solution......

 

How about opening the DDS file and erase some of the fabric by hand?

Not that hard but it wont look just like in the photos.

At this point might be best bet cause this is a custom job your looking for a very small pool of people that may have downloaded this alteration and then get one of them to upload it or PM you with the DDS file that causes the fabric to look that way.

 

IF you have a twitter account you might try messaging deedlit-z who apparently made this change to the texture of the Widow outfit.
