Can't level and Hentai creatures don't mate on command

I've got these two issues. None of which were an issue until I downloaded the prison overhaul mod. I've since gotten rid of the prison overhaul mod, but the problem hasn't fixed itself. What do?

POP shouldn't affect either of those things. But regarding the first problem, that sounds like the "sleep to level up" feature from Survival Mode, and some mods spoof the game into enabling that part of it.
