Just recently, I updated my game to 1.83 (then subsequently 1.84.197 patch. Of course, I also updated my Wicked Whims to to version 167e (which was the latest version at that time).  When I started up my household, I noticed some peculiarities with some of my Sims. For starters, it seemed that most (if not all) of my male Sims that were previously hetero, were suddenly either homosexual or bisexual.  I had to manually input the gender_preference change cheat code for all of my main Sims back to hetero. Despite doing that, my Sim was still having romantic interactions with other male Sims on my lot.  Plus, I also made sure that the Incestuous Relationships option was still unchecked (it was).  However, my Sim's nephew (young adult) still came up and started to make out with my Sim. Plus, there were a number of romantic interactions between my Sim and some of the other male Sims I had present on my lot.  Now, I'm not sure if it was Wicked Whims, or something relating to both 1.84 patches (both pre- and  the Wedding Stories pack itself) that has caused these issues.  I double-checked my WW settings to make sure that my settings were correct.  I

I have included my latest save file. Please let me know if you need any other files or if there's any other actions that I could take. 

Note: I just updated my WW to version 167f. Maybe these issues have been solved in that update.

WW version 1.67e had some bugs related to not saving data correctly which was fixed with 1.67f.

Sometimes WW settings also get scrambled when updating.

 

Look in your Saves folder for the WickedWhimsMod folder and delete it.

Move your entire Mods folder to desktop for now.

Delete your localthumbcache.pkg in your TS4 folder.

 

Load game but only up to the Map screen and do a 'Save As' 'Cleaned' or whatever then exit.

Delete the localthumbcache.pkg again.

Move your Mods folder back into game now.

 

Load the new save you just made into your current household normally.

Open the Cheat Console Window with Ctrl+Shft+C

Enter: ww.preference_hetero 100 all

(Whatever few gay/lesbian NPC sims in the game you can change their gender preferences later if needed)

 

If you want any newly spawned sims to also be set to Straight Genders...

WW Settings/Relationship Settings/Relationship Utilities:
Open Relationships: ON (Cheating)
Adult-Teen Relationships: ON 
Incest: ?
Jealousy: ?  
Random sim gender preference distribution weights: 0,100,0,0

 

Check your other WW settings for gender rules among sims.

 

Wicked Settings > Sex Settings > Sex Interaction Settings:

Respect Gender Preference Switch: ON

 

Wicked Settings > Autonomy Settings > Autonomy Awareness:

Player Sims: ON, Joining Sex: ON, Relationship Awareness: OFF,(Cheating)
Pregnancy Awareness: OFF, Sex Location Memory: ON, Sex Animation Memory: ON
Block around Children: (Your Choice)
Joining Sex Gender Compliance: ON (OFF for sims to auto join in group sex)(Optional)
Joining Sex Relationship Compliance: OFF (ON=less joining in sex if in romantic relationships)

 

Other Mods like MCCC, or other Romance Mods, can also affect Autonomous Romantic Interactions.
