SLSO Devious addon mod idea

Recently I posted this idea on SLSO and SLS forums but their authors simply have no time to implement it to their mods, it also appeared in DCL thread but there was no replies (at least for now) and sadly I don't know how to make mods. So I'm posting it here, maybe someone has necessary skills and time to add this feature to Skyrim.

My idea is fairly simple but propably tedious and boring to implement:
Enjoyment buffs/debuffs based on amount of devices worn by character, more devices equipped should give stronger effects. Especially plugs should provide greater buffs/debuffs to the wearer. Obviously there should be no effects if devices are not locked properly.
Also how the effects are calculated should be tied to lewdness of the character, sex addicts should love to wear these devices but the characters with different priorities should find them too  restrictive and uncomfortable thus they should receive an enjoyment debuff.
Another thing that might be implemented is giving a buff to the partner which is not wearing any devices (especially if they themselves put these devices on their partner/prey).

This would fit to the existing lore of many devious mods like DCL and make them very beneficial for lewd PC's.

Sexlab Disparity lets you add buffs and debuffs tied to various factors such as time worn, times orgasmed and so on. You could use it to tailor your experience to something like this, at least for your own player character.

I don't think that replicating my idea with current sexlab disparity is possible, but you suggestion gave me a new idea which I will post soon in Disparity's thread.
