Follower not responding bug?

So, there's a kinda small, but like big bug with specific modded followers {That being bishop and even Kaiden) where whenever you interact with them, they do not state their typical lines or any important ones that leads into a conversation. This started to happen recently and it seems like it doesn't happen with the other followers present. This happened to bishop initially and I tried to look into it, a few hours in and there's nothing really solid? Apparently they don't work with other modded followers like Inigo, but i'm a little unsure if that's the case with Kaiden because they ARE compatible with Inigo. 

I managed to save right before it happened and record it too, so you can see it just happens out of nowhere sometimes. Prior to having all the followers, he was talking and all, even a little further in he was still talking with all the other followers. Don't know why out of nowhere he doesn't talk, and i'm afraid it'll have the same result with bishop where his conversations wouldn't start at all because of it.

Spent awhile looking into it but it seems like it's just not common or whether anyone found an answer for it.
