StyloTiger Posted February 19, 2022 Posted February 19, 2022 I was playing, my sims had sex and got crab lice. I don't want this to happen, so is there any way of deactivate this function? I only got the wicked whims for the animations so... I'm a little overwhelmed with this and the period stuff.

I unchecked everything but my sim still has it  I even re-started the game but he still has crab lice, with the STD unchecked an 0% on population infection.
sirsleepy Posted February 19, 2022 Posted February 19, 2022 You still need to remove it from your Sim. You turned it off from happening, but that doesn't remove the existing instances.
