Martianman Posted February 15, 2022 Posted February 15, 2022 Hello friends, I'm having some issues with a few sexlab animations lately and I'm not sure how they started. One is with the furniture in Anub's animations not being the right height anymore for some reason. For example, the tables are like a foot lower than the characters are, and I can't seem to figure out how to fix this. My second issue is that group animations with creatures aren't using the right actors, such as the Leito's animations with a male, female, and dog (aggressive), or the threesome animations "Riekling trade" which puts my male character in the submissive pose instead of the female character. In these animations the female either takes the male role or stands still and doesn't interact at all. Any ideas? Is there a special way to reset the Sexlab Animation Loader or reset the animation registry that I should try?
anjenthedog Posted February 15, 2022 Posted February 15, 2022 Not sure about your asset displacement issue. (other than using the normal translation keys to realign) for the second one, it could be a few things. If you leave gender unfixed, things can (IME) go south from time to time. Roles get reversed, or sometimes result in roles incompatible with the other participant, depending on your settings and perhaps on the actual characters themselves idk. if the animations have been updated recently, things can go south, resulting in the behavior you outlined for one or more animation sequences. In this case, from some thread I read about creature framework along the way, **resetting the animation registry and re-assigning is recommended. Anecdotally, I had to do exactly that after I updated one of the animation packs a few months ago. most animations worked fine, but some were totally glitched out, either resulting in no movement or only one character or both just standing there glitching If you never register an animation sequence for a given creature type, animation sequences for that creature will not occur (unless perhaps one of the default SL ones, since they're afaik registered by default) and the player and creature will stand still, since SL can't find a suitable animation sequence. something else I'm forgetting or haven't personally experienced edit: ** when I've had to do it, it meant clearing the deck and re-choosing all the animations sequences I want in the list, then reregistering them. A bit tedious but sometimes you have to do the tedious
