Can't get belly bulge working for Fill Her Up, SLIF, or Beeing Female

I have XPMS, Sex Lab Framework, Sex Lab Aroused, Sex Lab Matchmaker, CBBE, Sex Lab Inflation Framework, M2M Animations, and Beeing Female. But when a character is pregnant, or full of cum, they don't have any belly bulge whatsoever, male or female. Is there something specific I need to do? Something going wrong? Something being overwritten that shouldn't be? I don't care if I can't get it working on men, but I'd like it to at least work on women.

check if you installed a body that has an inflatable belly

for example combine CBBE + Bodyslide and Outfitstudio if you haven't already

Not using CBBE myself, but I'm sure it's possible to grab a CBBE version that allows inflation
