My keep crashing after few minutes in game

For some reason that game is crashing like crazy and I try to keep my mods minimum and after downloading few patches and a replacer mod and it started crashing like crazy

After a "few" minutes doesn't help to help you.

Where are you crashing exactly? What do you do in this minutes?

If the game doesn't crash the Moment a loading screen ends, it most of the time has something to do what you encounter or do, sometimes with a things you didn't do like waiting till all  scripts are settled. Starting a new modded game is sometimes like waking up early. You and the game need a bit more time ?

I wasn't crashing any specific location but crashing after traveling around. After downloading the serana addon patches and lydia replacer(above the thread) and the follower framework, then the problem start arising. I did let my mod load after installing these new mods for few minutes and it was working fin on my MCM menu. I was using a loaded save that was a new fresh game after the waking scene and only beginning of Dawnguard.

Place to start I guess is to see if you can keep reproducing it. Keep doing the same thing when you first crashed and look for the common factor. If you think it's that replacer, test without it. As a shot in the dark, might be a bad mesh/texture on the character model. But that would CTD the second it tried to load. An MCM/script error could do it too if there is a plug for it present in the mod. You'll have to dig around a little and start eliminating potential causes. Good hunting : )
