I use MO2 and have download the SOS but if i start the MO2 SKSE it tells me that "SOS LE( so on this side) is not compatible with Skyrim SE" so have anyone the SE version of SOS?

I don't use SE but this has the title and over 400 likes. I believe it's what you want.

Clearly that is from a mod (which one I can't say). Whatever mod it is from is designed for LE and using it with Skyrim SE will likely cause you issues. I don't use MO2 either but I thought that it flagged mods that were incompatible.

You should start by download from SE section.
