Trying to run mods with SKSE but randomly crash whenever interacting with random iteractables

Ive been installing a bunch of mods (approximately 220) and for some reason when i interact with for example a wolf corpse, my game crashes instantly. Id get if this always happened but not every interactable does this, like some cupboards do but some doesnt, even after grabbing some random items and trying to enter my inventory it crashes.

 

If any of you wanna try to figure this out id be more than pleased to help with as much information as i can give about it, i lowkey just wanna play skyrim ;w;
