Gangbangs don't work

I've read through the support thread and tried all of it but still Violate doesn't start the AAF animations for gangbang particularily the 2 F and 1 dude.  Other mods I have work perfectly but this one.  I have all the animations that the AAF tutorial tells me to install and the UAP patch update.  I have CBBE Lazman.  What is the solution?

Install the attached xml files. They add not replace, ungendered xml's for Savagecabbage's animations. Which will allow mixed gangbangs.

Then thank @EgoBallistic cause he worked them up for us to enjoy.
