Royal Courts update - Carnalitas compatibility?

So it basically broke my game - how about for everyone else? I can't even get past the loading screen, music seems to be missing. And none of the previous versions are working either. Any known work arounds? 

Also - any idea how long fore Carnalitas and related mods (cbo, etc) will be updated to be compatible? Gotta love paradox updates....

It's only been what, a few hours from being updated? Give the modder's a couple days to go through the update, figure out what changed, and how that effects their mod.

That hasn't been my experience.  The game boots fine, though I haven't used most of Carnalitas's features yet.

 

The main issues I've seen are a non-functional court window and a missing inventory button. Deleting /mod/Carnalitas/gui/window_court will restore access to the Court window.

Regula Magistri is Royal Court compatible.

lol, i know - didn't mean to imply i was rushing anyone - been out of the mod scene for quite some time myself - just curious how long these things generally take these days.

Regula Magistri is Royal Court compatible.

 

managed to get it running again back in 1.4.4 - but the current version (even without mods) is having issues - especially with CTD's. More of a paradox issue i'm asusming. I'm hopeful for this royal court update - especially with some added flavor.

I have 1.5.2 up and "running" as in not crashing, though I didn't go much further in the game than making sure Royal Court works with my updated mods that require Carnalitas as well.

 

Make Love does work and Court window is there, but I am missing the inventory button with Carnalitas active.

 

Also, the game is throwing tons of scope errors into the error log, even from Paradox code. Seems like scopes might be a bit broken in the current state of things.

When have you ever been able to use mods after a massive update in any game?

 

Game works fine with them all switched off.

Replace /mod/Carnalitas/gui/shared/buttons_icons with this file to restore the inventory system.

 

Delete /mod/Carnalitas/gui/window_court to restore access to the Court window.

Need to inject all three gui with the new code. I noticed windowcharacter.gui had some sections of crossover. I'm assuming it's the inclusion of homosexual marriage? It makes going from old -> new tricky since I'm unsure how they over lap correctly. Noticed a change from text to raw_text and the dropping of int values. Not sure if you have to standardizes or if it's preference based. I'll include the modded one I did, for impatience folk. I included the arousal mod too since I downloaded it (just started playing so not sure which mods are core yet)

I used your fixes and now I can't see my prisoners.

I see my prisoners just fine but maybe there is a cool menu I'm missing. Is it part of the enslaving menu or something... I don't have that option on.
